Sounds wonderful doesn’t it? From Betty: Every Christmas night I make this recipe for the family Christmas dinner. It is a filet of beef tenderloin and the recipe is from Hamby Catering. As seen in the cookbook, Catering to Charleston.

This beautifully creative appetizer is one of Shannon’s favorites. The recipe doesn’t look difficult, and look how appealing this is!

I have tasted this recipe and made it more times than I care to admit. It’s a winner on every level… Trust me…

Oooh, who doesn’t like hot chili when the weather turns cold? A good recipe to feed a crowd, the recipe can always be doubled!

If you’ve been in the gallery on a Sunday you may have met us… Barbara and Fred Stroud and our Jack Russell, Charlie… this is a favorite recipe of mine, it’s a holiday tradition, a recipe we make year after year since I can remember. Use whatever cookie cutters you like, I like to bake some a little crispy and I keep some a little bit thicker, so they’re softer… that way you please everyone. The frosting is a cinch and using quart size freezer bags makes decorating easy and fun. Hope you enjoy…
Some decorating ideas… you can’t go wrong!
