For nearly 40 years, reporters and magazine editors have been putting the Smiths’ fascinating story in print. In fact, dozens of decades-old newspaper clippings and articles can be found in a gallery scrapbook that’s solely dedicated to the family’s press coverage.

That scrapbook better make some more room. Betty, Jennifer, Shannon, and Tripp have been featured in a number of recent articles, from a family spotlight in Charleston Style and Design to an article about Betty’s landscape paintings in Southwest Art.

Take a look.

The gallery’s very own Stephanie Kelleher wrote a piece about Betty for the Lowcountry Senior Sun’s December issue.

But the Smiths aren’t the only gallery artists getting coverage. Southwest Art named our very own Colin Page an “Artist to Watch” in their March issue. Find that story here.

Happy reading.
